Why should I hire a Construction Consultant to look after my project?
Are you worried that your builder is charging you too much or taking too long? Are you struggling to find & choose the right architect or builders for your project? Are you afraid to challenge your builder when there is an issue? or you just simply don't have the time to run the project. You don't need to worry about any of that, we'll take care of it for you.
I am a foreign property investor, how can you help me?
Although we cannot offer any financial and investment advice to you, we can introduce you to our trusted partners and they can help you. Once you secure your property, you can come to us. We can help you to make it look nicer.
Do I have to hire the Construction Consultant for the whole duration of the project?
You do not need to hire us for the whole duration of the project. We can work on your project just for the initial design stage or just for the time the construction works take place. However, the type of services we offer you will differ depending which point in time we are appointed.
At what stage of the project I should hire a Construction Consultant?
You can hire a consultant at any stage of your project. However, it's ideal to hire a construction consultant right at the beginning. A good consultant is able to tell you what is achievable and what's not ; whether you can afford the design and what can be changed to bring it within the budget; guide you through the process and tick all the boxes.
What if I don't want to hire a Construction Consultant but want some help for managing my own project?
We also offer consultation sessions at hourly rates. So we can sit down and have a chat about your project and answer whatever question you have.
Is it expensive to hire a Construction Consultant?
It is expensive if someone charges you money and cannot deliver a good service. It is worth every penny you pay if a good consultant can get your project done on time, on budget and achieve the expected quality. It is very difficult to tell you how much our fee will be without seeing your project, in terms of size, requirements, and timeline. In any case, let us know your project and we can work out a good deal for you.
