Our quantity surveyors actively contribute to the development of the future generations in the construction industry.
Our surveyors have completed RICS Assessor training and carried out APC assessments on a regular basis.
Through our experience in assessing candidates, we are able to provide valuable advice to support your journey to RICS chartership.
We currently support the following APC Pathway:

Quantity surveying and construction

Mentoring - £100 per hour
Our mentors provide one to one mentoring to support any aspect of your APC process, such as regular Q&A, document writing advice, feedback on case study etc. Our mentors may also be your counsellor if needed (Subject to the minimum hour of mentoring completed).

APC Document Review before submission - £300 per review
Poorly written document could affect your chance to pass your APC. Our mentor will review your document in advance and then provide detail feedback in a one-to-one online session.

Assessor Questions Report - £300 per report
Our mentors review submitted document and write down all possible question our mentors think you could be asked in your real APC assessment.

Mock Interview (1.5 hours) - £350 per mock
Two mentors will provide an online mock interview to simulate the real assessment. It will be recorded, and feedback will be provided immediately after the mock.
